The  second floor second floor or Coutts is 8,400 SF.  It has an open plan office area, individual offices, meeting room, computer room and electrical room. The space is fully furnished and has been well kept.
The building also has a generator and two UBS systems.
CI$ 18,000 / month, noninclusive of amenities for the full 8,400 sf.


Caribbean Plaza is approximately 3,200 SF. It has direct elevator access as well as an external wrap around patio. The space is currently in shell form so it would need to be built out to your specification. For this process, we will give you CI$ 40.00 / sf to use as you see fit. We will also provide AC handlers for the space. We are asking CI$ 30.00 / sf, plus CI$ 7.50 for CAM and insurance, noninclusive of amenities, for the full 3,200 sf.
